Pinning the Rocker Arm Studs?

So i see alot of people suggesting that one should pin their rocker arms. How exactly does one pin these rocker arms? Are their any special tools needed? Could anyone give me a "Dummies Guide to Pinning Rocker Arms?"?

Did you search? F-bird'88 has posted instructions multiple times, with a few pictures.

Basically a 3/32" drill bit (carbide, or buy lots of cheap ones and get familiar with sharpening them), and 3/32" Roll pins, 1" long. Drill, and hammer in the pins.
