CAN A CTS CAUSE FLOODING(TPI) HARD START
GOT ENGINE CODES 15,22NEW,33 UNHOOKED CTS CAR RAN LIKE CRAP BUT STARTS RIGHT BACK UP

Having no signal from the CTS will set the system in full starting enrichment. It will flood and start with difficulty if at all - Unless the temperature outside is -40º.
