Vortec + HSR on a 350 good for 350hp?

Looking to beef up my soon to be daily driver before i start driving it. I am looking for about 350-400hp.

Right now its got an L98 in it, it was sitting for a while and it needs new valve seals, and a few extra HP to keep up with my Turbocoupe. I want it to have around 350-400hp, nothing super high as this will be a daily driver, but i dont want it to be a slouch.

Summit has "performance" Vortec heads for $299 each, i assume these are probably just standard Vortec heads with maybe some better springs. Either way they a cheap and i heard Vortec performance is hard to beat for the money.

HSR is or course about $500 for a Vortec Model with rails.

I tried searching, but could not really come up with any answers as to what the Vortec + HSR combo makes. Hopefully someone knows because it could be a cheap way to freshen up my DD.

Of course i will be buying long tube headers and maybe a cam a little more aggressive than the ZZ4, i have heard good reviews about it. Also i am going to Megaquirt it.
