witch cam do i choose PLEASE HELP

Car: i have a 2003 ford zx2 and a 1989 f
Engine: 350 tuned port, 4 banger on the Z
Transmission: 700r4 poop loser
Axle/Gears: 3.23 standard ...one tire fire
witch cam do i choose PLEASE HELP
im looking for the better all around cam .. and my friend says the extreme cam will bogg down on a carbed system

Well, we need to know a little more than that. What's the weight of the vehicle? Approximations are ok. 305, 350? What kind of exhaust setup? Heads? Rear gears?
Last but not least, what are you looking, in expectations from this car? If you're looking for more Low end power, I'd say stick with the LT4 cam, the other will make you more peppy in the higher end, but if you have a numerically low gear ratio, it may be a bit of a dog.
