Humming/Vibration noise

Engine: 355 LT1, 1.8 I4
Transmission: T56, 5spd auto
Axle/Gears: 10 bolt 3.42(as long as no breaky)
Humming/Vibration noise
Hey guys
When i drive my car and i start getting up to speed, roughly around 30 mph...there is a very low humming noise, i can feel vibration in the pedals and on the floor board on occasion. The faster i go the louder and more pronounced it gets. Sounds like it is coming from the left wheel area, i can push in the clutch and take it out of gear and the sound is still there. I know it is not my tires because i just bought new ones. At first i thought it was my wheel bearings but then i thought it might be my transmission?

I guess the question is, was this noise there before the new tires, or did it start the time of the new skins?

yes it was there, i thought it might have been the tires but it wasnt. thats why i said that.
