Looks like air trapped in the oil.

Definately looks like water in the oil...

If you pull the dipstick is it also the same color?

Yes it is. I did have some problems getting the intake to seal to the heads had to use more blue gasket maker than normal. Sounds like time to pull the intake and have a look-see.

looks like water in the oil, i would change it asap and swap out filters and run the motor again up to operating temp while driving it for at least 30minutes non stop if not longer to evaporate out the water

water/condensation in the oil. Could be from any number of things.

Change your oil and have your cooling system pressure tested. If there's any leaks, it will drain back into the oil. Normally this is from a bad intake gasket and not a head gasket.

Engine running too cold. A common problem with alcohol fuel engines and some gas engines. If the engine doesn't build enough heat, it can't get rid of the condensation from inside the engine. Switch to a hotter thermostat and check your PCV valve.

Some oil additives like Lucas can cause aeration in the oil which can look like water contamination.

Thanks for the input.

I will be changing the oil and trying to drive the car for a longer period of time to help evaporate the condensation.
