How to clean spark plugs?
Well I got a running rich problem or something and would like to clean the oil and soot off of the new plugs. What would be the best way of doing this. I was thinking carb cleaner but am kind of worried that it might be bad for the plugs and its really flammable. Would de-greaser be ok or should i just try water?

Wow, this question brings back memories. Back in my high school auto shop days we had a sparkplug cleaning machine. You screwed (?) the plug into it, pressed a button and the plug was sandblasted clean from inside. This of course was way before auto mechanics became parts replacement machines.

Spark plug cleaners work awesome :-)
One of the other techs had one and it was great for plugs for beaters or cleaning up sets that had low miles or no wear on them. They work beautifully for cleaning up a set of fouled plugs.
We techs do replace parts instead of repairing them :-) The OEM's want it that way too. It prolly wouldnt be that way if human vultures known as lawyers were wiped off the planet. Thats the bottom line in working in a dealer anymore. Also they wont pay you if something wasnt replaced, whether u fixed it or not or spent time doing it or not.

Harbor Frieght (your discount Chinese tool warehouse) has spark plug cleaners for super cheap, you just need an aircompressor to run it.
A fine wire hand brush works well too, but doesn't get way up in there.
