What kind of throttle cable bracket for RPM Airgap intake

I'm swapping in a 400 sbc, and I've actually got a Performance Products Crosswind copy of the Performer RPM airgap. What kind of brackets are people running to hold the throttle cable, tv cable, and cruise control cable with this intake? Pics and parts #'s would be greatly appreciated. I'm running a Holley 3310 carb with an L88 drop base if that makes any difference.

Thanks,
Eric

I used the Mr.Gasket one from Advance for the throttle and kickdown. Several different companies make it, holley, summit. Do a search and you'll find a part number. I can't think of it off the top of my head.

Not sure on that one. May have to make a bracket for that.

I have the same intake, but different carb. I used the stock bracket.

I'm running the same intake (vortec version) and the L-88 drop base air cleaner. I custom made my throttle cable bracket using one from a carbed 85 camaro 305. I cut it up and welded it back together to allow proper alignment and clearance under the L-88 drop base. Can't help ya with the cruise cable but you get the idea.

You'll probabily have to modify any of the aftermarket throttle cable brackets as the old L-88 drop base drops down more than any of the typical aftermarket drops bases.

Mine endeg up as a two piece deal allowing fine adjustment and locks together with a self tapping sheetmetal screw.

it's too cold to go out under the hood and take a picture f it for ya right now.

This is the best one I have of the bracket right now.

Because the L-88 air cleaner base drops the air filter down closer to the top of the carb you should remove the choke horn from your 3310. And shorten the bowl vent tubes height. The holley in the picture is differnt than a 3310. It has down leg boosters which allowed for a lower choke horn that allowed more room between the choke horn and the air cleaner lid with a 14x3" filter.

Your holley 3310 has straight leg booster and a taller choke horn height. Sorry, the choke has to go.

The orignial old corvettes used these holleys with down leg boosters so the choke horn was differnt.

My carb is an old 60's era Ford 427 BB carb but the origional GM carbs were simular.

if you don;t remove the choke horn the lid will be too close to the choke horn top resulting in over rich fuel mixtures at WOT simular to if the choke was stuck partually closed.
