misfire or something

ok well so far since i bought he car the guy said it had some electrical issues. it wasnt that much stuff. but ive changed...

cap
rotor
coil
distributor
plugs
wires
battery
alternator
ECM
and prom w/hypertech

and still i get this like misfire or something when im at a certain RPM's. the tach needle will like jump and the car will like kinda sputter. somebody mentioned to me that it could be my tach filter.

my question to you guys is do you think you can help me solve this problem?
