Straight or angle plugs with headers?

I currently have a set of Heddman shorty headers on my 91Z. Searching on the site I have seen a bunch of people saying they have used straight with a certain head but one didnt fit right.

If I get a set of heads should I go with straight or angle plugs for the best fit? I am interested in people's experience with either. Especially if someone has or is using the same shorty headers as myself.

No real need to choose now. You can always change to the new AC/Delco Platinum Angle plugs for straight heads.

Indexing washer kit sold separately.

Rumor is that the engineering is already well underway and preliminary production is done for straight plugs designed for angle heads, but there are some problems anticipated. It seems that they cannot find the correct boxes to package them.

Keep on reading would be my suggestion. I think you want to maybe look up threads on -short- plugs... but what do I know?

That was quite funny!

For the record I prefer angle-plug heads

Agreed. Quite a bit easier doing a plug change on angle plug heads with headers.
