how many amps?
how many cold cranking amps should my battery be able to produce ?i also have a super coil so a good strong battery would be a good idea.

Transmission: 700r4
CCA are just for starting. Without a huge stereo system, a standard battery will do you just fine. Once your car is running, the alternator is supplying the power.

i posted this because my guage for my battery has been goin nuts and i didn't know if my battery is too small or if the alternator is goin because the car has to have enough power to produce a good spark to create my horsepower.

The guages in our cars aren't that accurate. So I wouldn't really worry, as long as your car starts fine and nothing seems different.

If you have any doubt about the alternator and battery, just get them tested. Most places will do it for free.
