I think your probably in the 175-180 rearwheel hp range.

I forgot the Lg4 was the base 305. I get it confuzed with the ho (l69)

You are about stock, so hope for 140 RWHP. I forgot the sound system is worth at least
50 more RWHP.

how can he get 175-180 hp to REAR WHEELS? Flowmaster 80 series, Gutted Cat does not add that much hp if any or noticable, maybe 7 hp. he is making 170 from factory at the flywheel and that is brand new, and take 15%-20% for the hp at rear wheels from drive tran losses and you can do the rest.

The LG4 makes 140-145 out of the factory. With gutted cat and flowmaster, assuming the rest is stock exhaust, I'd say that'd add about 10 tops. So I'd say 150-155- but don't give up yet!! A header-back exhaust replacement could give you 30 horsepower with 3-inch pipes.

87 lg4 is 175hp from the factory and it is a full catback
