Bought my camaro in late 2004 it has left me stranded many times and still I love her!!!!

1. 91 EAST reason: transmission cooked stripped gears(HIGHWAY PATROL ESCORTED ME out it looked like a low speed chase!)
2. Car wouldnt start starter problem so waited about 3 hours in a parking lot till it started (wasnt a battery problem)
3. overheated because fan fuse blew out so i drove the car home a few blocks at a time from redondo beach to torrance one block stop and rest for 5 minutes 1 block stop and rest for 5 minutes multiple times took me about 2-3 hours to get home
4.FREEWAY at the 5 had to pull over because something was wrong with the fuel system where when I pushed on the gas it felt like the car wasnt getting any gas.... when the tank was full....
5. Died infront of a mc donalds on a busy intersection had to call my friends to come push that **** and they all have old 1940s cars!!! and said my camaro wieghs more than thiers!! the camaro died because 3 iginiton wires under the steering column burned to ashes so I replaced it with thicker wires
6.camaro stalled on a busy street because the TBI was way off timing DONT KNOW HOW!!!?

She has left me down many times! but I still love my camaro! and fix every problem that I encounter! with 126X,XXX miles!!! shes running pretty good. Ill get her a new heart someday!

I have been stranded once, ignition module failed it was an accel, fortunately it was running enough to where i could get it off the street, this is a busy street during rush hour, had the stock on top of the garage and wasnt about to leave the car so i had my buddy come over we loaded it on the trailer and took it home.....HAvent had any other issues, my dads suburban ate a few accel modules so i keep the stock one in the tool thing just in case i have to change out somewhere...Other than that no issue but its also been reitred from daily driver duty

My Camaro is my daily driver. Most days I don't drive it all the way to work, just a little past halfway, then it's vanpool time. It's still 20 miles each way (commuting across Puget Sound can be a PITA). Left me stranded once with a broken clutch plate and almost stranded me when the timing chain broke in my driveway (first chain in 193k miles).

I bought my T/A in march of 04 and it had 204,xxx miles on it and ran great drove it till january of 05 when oil pump died and spun a bearing and shattered a piston. Good thing was that i still got it home it happend right when i turned onto my street. Only other probs that i ever had were heater core faliure and left 3in puddle in passenger side floor board, master cylinder/ brakes died while out crusing w/ friends on "The Avenue" coming to redlight i did find out that that e-brake hicks in if pedle is al the way to the floor w/ no brakes (that was fun). And last but no least was busted cat.

UNfortunately she will be my daily again soon once new motor is put in since my honda decided to die too and it only had 74,xxx miles

My 92 RS is my daily driver, only paid 600 bucks for her, Only left me stranded once fuel pump decided it was going to take a s**** while i was turning left at an intersection(no arrow just green light with 2 lanes of traffic coming at me.) Died about 12 times pulling into the gas station, only about 15 feet away where it sat overnight. Otherwise no problems*knock on wood*

I got a daily driver that has never left me stranded. Isn't that the whole idea of a TBI though?

When I got my car it was a lot like everyone else's, I'm sure. It needed everything and paint. After I took care of all that, I've never looked back. I am worried about the age of the car and the little things that need to be changed/fixed because of age. Once I know what those things are, I'll fix them too.

Oh, and of the vehicles in my yard the 3rd Gen has horsepower in spades over the Volvo (therefore the high HP car).

never left stranded due to cars fault, except the firebird, lost a radiator, but still drove it home, had a smog pump go out, thought for sure the water pump was gone, but just the smog pump, eliminated that one, both the firebird and the IROC were completely disabled, due to women drivers? the daily driver now gets 250 miles a week, only gets 18mpg,but hey it's got a 3:42 in it hate to keep racking the miles up on it,but rather drive it,than let the wife drive it
