engine ticks, then hickups when idling
It seems like there is a tick somewhere in the enigine, and when i'm setting at a stop light or something it seems like it hickups or misses a little bit. The engine seems fine and i donno if it is something i shuold really worry about or not. If nebody could give me an idea of what it is i'd appreciate it. thanks

A light tick that seems to go away with higher RPM?
Your probably just hearing the injectors, very common to hear them and think a rods gone or something!
As for the miss do a tuneup, should cure it (as long as the ticking is the injectors)

My car was doing something similar to your problem. After messing with everything, I found a 3" crack on my exhaust just passed the Y pipe. Got that fixed and now I only hear my injectors opening and closing. On the plus side I got some power back just by fixing the exhaust leak.
And like said before do a tune up. Start simple and the problem will present itself.
And just my opinion but if the motor is the one on with 5k on it I would be worried a bit. If all else fails get a stethascope (sp?) or a wood broom handle and just listen around the engine to see where the problem might be...

yeah, i thought it was the exhast where the airt tubes were b/c the part where the hose and air tube connects broke, so i fixed that and i can still hear it. I thought it was the injectors for a while but i didn't think they could be that loud. Thanks for the info though.
