Casting imperfections in lifter bore...hydraulic problem?

I have a slight dilemma. I have a bowtie block, but one lifter bore seems to have a small imperfection on the wall, possibly a bubble during the casting process.

I currently run a solid roller cam so oil is not a problem, however, if I switch to a hydraulic roller cam, will that imperfection prevent that one lifter from pumping up with oil?

Thanks

steve
