Bad rich problem with305 TPI, yanked C.S. Inj Fuse

ok here is my day, i kow it is long but it gives you the situation i am in, i am trying to tell you everything so you can help me fix this problem.
I came home and showed some friends my car, it started but was ideling at 1700 rpms and was runnin rich(as it has been since the motor swap) and i shut it off. My friends left and i decided to take it for a run...well it would not start, just crank and crank, I thought i might be out of gas and I ran down to the gas station and got 5 gallons of gas. Dumped it in and it started right up. SO i run around with it and take it to fill it up some more. I stalled it once at a stop light(don't ask) and it started fine and then shut it off at the gas station and againis startd fine. But when I was at my fiends house i shut if off and he was not home so i tryed to start it and it would just crank....let it sit and it tryed to fire real quick but then just went back to cranking. It did this several times, each time i let it sit for longer the closer it got to starting. So i called my father and it said it was flooded(maybe, seeing it was running rich), So i pull the cold-start fuse and it starts right up after sitting for 3 mins. Then i go home and kill it and start it and kill it and start it, over and over with the fuse out and it contiunes to start. I am also getting codes 21 and 36. Please help me. Do i need a Cold Start Sensor and a Coolent temp sensor and I replaced the MAF power and burn-off relays already(brand new as of last week)

ok, so the code 21 is TPS volts high, ok, i will replace that sensor along with the computers CTS, the IAC motor(have already, need to put in), the O2 sensor(same as IAC) and the C.S. Fuel in jection switch. Hopefully that will help with something. Now what part of the Code 36 is related to my car......

-Burn off at mass air flow sensor
-Problem in transmission shift
-Fault in direct ignition system
-Missing pulses in electronic spark timing signal

I have a 305 TPI 5 speed 1987 IROC.
