Headers Question??

I have the Edelbrock TES headers with the air hook up tubing on top the headers. I don't have any emission stuff hooked up so could I get a shop to cut these off and weld the holes closed. This would free up some clutter and make routing my spark plug wires easier.

Yeah, it'll work. I did it with my TES. And they were ceramic coated beforehand. I had this done about 2 1/2 years ago and haven't had a problem with rust or the coating flaking off. I also had them cut down the air lines inside the primaries so they wouldn't restrict the flow as much.
