Recipe for 400hp

At school today, these rice burners were looking through there "cool" magizines and one of them said something about a civic and I smirked at him. He then mockingly said "I dont like japanese cars, they suck". I said damn right. He was like, "you dont see camaros running through the streets at 120mph. I'm just sitting thinking," At least my car will do 120 stock." A little later they couldnt figure what kind of car was in a picture the guy that said something to me was like"Nah man, that cant be an acura, its got a honda Vtec engine in it" I laughingly said "and this is the stupid **** that is trying to teach me about cars"

Anyway, This renewed intrest in me going all out on the Camaro. I want 400hp. Naturally aspirated. I will be converting to TPI. I want a 350 4bolt stroked to a 383 with a steel crank Hbeam rods and forged pistons. I will use an edelbrock plenum runners and base, with siemeised runners.

What heads will I want?
What kind of cam?
Will I reach my goal?
What else do you reccomend?
I'm looking for a broad torque band and still want to be making good power at 5,500RPM

You have walked onto the biggest baddest dog porch and you will be dealt with accordingly.

I'd rather be historically accurate than politically correct!
