Aftermarket Heat-Stove Kit

Does anyone make a heat-stove kit that will fit an L69 manifold?

Nobody does but you can rig one. Headers often come with a fitting designed to be hose-clamped to one of the header tubes that the hot air hose then attaches to. You could buy one of them (with a little asking around) or build something similar yourself.

If you buy a complete exhaust manifold from GM it will come with the complete heat stove already on it. Or you might be able to buy the unit you need or a very similar one from a junkyard.
