Really hard starts...Help

I have the MSD 6A boxinstalled and my car has really rough starts... especially when cold.

I am thinking mayeb the O2 sensor. When I got my headers installed I reused the O2 sensor from my exhaust manifolds which appeared to be working fine. Could that be the problem? SES light never comes on. Is there a specific type of O2 sensor that I should be using with headers? Where can I get it?

Any other ideas?
