Oxygen sensor unplugged, can I run the engine?
I put new headers on my car, and the O2 bung isn't coming for a few days, but I want to run the car to check for leaks and take her for a spin. Will I damage anything/ will it start?

It should start nrmally, and should remain in closed loop, and run acceptably, but rich. There should be no risk of damage to anything except your fuel budget. For a few trips here and there, it likely won't be noticable.
