Code 14....
Ok here's the scoop, about 2 weeks ago my 91 rs 3.1 started idling crappy...low....then sometimes high...OR sometimes the ses jusr resets while driving and it's fine. I replaces the CTS and still get a code 14 and it now ALWAYS idles high...right around 2000 and the ses light is constant and maybe this is odd or not but my ac will not work if the ses light is on. My question is does the cts somehow connect into the fuse box...I have had stereo problems and blown some fuses but I BELIEVE I have changed the blown fuses also I am still getting a constant code 46....which I dont understand because it starts fine....any help would be greatly appreciated cause this driveability problem is really bugging me not to mention the excessive fuel consumption....
thanks

Blue,
The code '14' means an impossibly high temperature reading from the CTS. This means that the resistance at the CTS is less than 5 ohms. This could be caused by a sensor wire harness that is grounding somewhere or a failed (grounded) sensing element. Since you already changed the sensor (presumably with the correct type) I'd start looking for a grounded wire in the sensor connector area and near the bulkhead connectors.
The '46' may be related to the "stereo problems" you had, and I'd think the VATS module may be lacking power input.
