Non-centered Steering

When my steering wheel is straight the car is moving slightly to the right(car was wrecked before i got it). Is there an easy way to center the wheel or would i have to take it to a shop? About how much would a fix be?

That's a feature of a front end alignment.

Get it aligned, it's like $35-40 at most of the better places.
