What kind of times can I expect friday night?

Im going to race my 83 T/A. As all of you know, it has a stock LG4 (blah), automatic, and 3.73 gears. The only thing I did was the gears, punched out the cat, and put an open element air cleaner on it. It only has 70,000 miles on it so it runs pretty good...i guess. Any ideas on what she'll turn????

Damn, that good? You guys did read the LG4 part of my post didnt you? That would be awesome if it even broke into the 15's. Like I said, It feels pretty good but its so hard to tell. Oh well, 2 days to go I guess. Any other opinions?

If I were you heres what I would do...Look over the tech articles and check out the mods you can do to your carb system. From what I hear they are pretty easy to work with. Print out everything, and grab a timing light and all tools needed to do the carb mods. Then when you go to the track you will be able to play with your timing and carb to get it to run best. At least you will know for sure if what you are doing is making your car faster or otherwise. I would expect high to mid 15's with the 3.73s but who knows what you can do if everything is running well. Good luck at the track.
