blackouts

i was looking at a jc whitney magazine the other night and i was looking at the taillight covers and there 69.95 for the 82-92camaro(exc. IROC-Z) but then for the 85-89 IROC-Z there 44.95 and i was wondering what the difference in the 85-89 iroc that the taillight covers wouldnt fit and why there so much cheaper

Not 100% sure, but didn't a span of IROCs have an "IROC" badge in between the tail lights? Maybe those are the blackouts that won't cover that badge. Would you really want it covered? Anyway, that would mean less plastic, and less money.
