Ok i hope this isn't to long. I had a bad ecm. so i changed out the ecm and the prom. (with a stock one). The car started up fine ran for 20 mins or so then, when i shut it off and try to start it again. it was very hard to start and was idleing eradicly. I also recently changed the plugs and wires. could they be affecting the starting when its hot?

 

Not much to go on but I had a hard start problem with my 89 RS ZZ4TPI after it got hot. Turned out I had an injector going to ground when hot, stealing voltage from the others. Plus one was dumping fuel all the time. Maybe have your injectors checked.
