Looking to get some ideas on a new 350 buildup. Looking for 11's NA. Probably going to run a Stealth Ram injection. Gonna be in a thirdgen of course and I wanna keep the redline at about 6500rpm. What would it take possibly 420rwhp??

Ported heads, good intake like you are shooting for (even an ls1 converted intake could get there) and a big cam. Im right about 350-360 rwhp with stock lt1 heads and the cc306. The main key to getting 400+ rwhp on a 350 is all on the heads. Long tubed exhaust will help a great deal as well.

In addition to offering a full array of GM Performance Parts crate engines, Sallee Chevrolet has a *NEW* 350 c.i.d. to add to its line up, the Super AFR ZZ4. The Super AFR ZZ4 puts out a very impressive 464 hp @ 6,100 rpm and 440 ft. /lbs. @ 5,300 rpm. Sallee Chevrolet uses the street, strip, and race proven ZZ4 short-block as the foundation for the Super AFR ZZ4 for reliability, strength, and performance. For the camshaft, Sallee Chevrolet chose the GM 12370846 camshaft for the most torque and horsepower. This GM camshaft is a hydraulic roller with 0.509 inch intake / 0.528 inch exhaust lift and 222 degree intake / 230 degree exhaust duration at 0.050 tappet lift. To help the GM 12370846 hydraulic roller camshaft get beyond 6,000 RPM, Sallee Chevrolet added a 6155 Rev. Kit from AFR. The top end of the Super AFR ZZ4 consists of special AFR 195cc cylinder heads which Sallee Chevrolet chose to make the ZZ4 short-block breath and an Edelbrock Victor Jr. single plane intake manifold which was recommended by AFR to top off the engine. The AFR 195cc cylinder heads have 58cc combustion chambers and ZZ4 spark plug angles. This combination puts the compression ratio at 10.1:1 and still allows the Super AFR ZZ4 to run on pump gas.

The above picture shows the base long-block with some of the Premium engine parts installed.

Car: 82 camaro
Engine: 434 ci
Transmission: t400
Axle/Gears: 9'' 4.10 gear
358 ci with the trw flat tops 2256 eagle sir rods 5.7 length 200cc world product heads ported bowl job sort sides cleanded up and deshroud the valves. Or an even beter choice would be afr 195 heads with a 62cc combstion chamber. comp cams 294s cam on a 106 lobe sep 1.6 rockers performer rpm intake and a 650cfm carb. With long tube headers. The combo pused a 3200lbs race wt third gen 11.7 on motor and it also responds well with nos.
