'85 Camaro with running problem.
I have an '85 Camaro with the carbureted LG4. Today on the way home from work when the car was cold she spit and sputtered whenever I tried to move. She revved up through the RPM's as long as the car was not in gear. As soon as she warmed up she ran strong, about 4 miles of driving.
Any help will be appreciated.

You may be running a little rich. Since it's when you first started you could probably separate the fact that your trouble is either "cold engine" related or "open loop" related, since it runs OK when warm.
Potential causes:
Plugs, wires, cap, coil, rotor or Distributor Pickup Coil bad.
Vacuum lines off or leaking, especially at the carb.
Intake manifold vacuum leak (bolts not tight).
Carb and/or fuel filter dirty.
Bad CTS sensor.
Pull your trouble codes and see if anything is obviously wrong.

I'll try to pull trouble codes. She isn't throwing the check engine light. Most of the stuff 'looks' like it should effect the car hot or cold. I'll try some of it and see what happens.
