So, what's it take to get into the 13s with a 305?

Had an almost stock L69 that would have been in the 13's with just a better launch. Went 14. 20 with a few minor mods. See first part of signature for 305 info.

as a result of my suspension work, i was unable to launch the car hard because it would smoke the clutch. but taking it easy off the line i was able to beat a stock ls1 car (running 13.7ish) and a modded srt 4. this was at a street racing event, so they had the clocks off. my car is stock heads, stock bottom end, lt1 manifold, slp headers, chip by john millican, 3.73 gears. and now a spun bearing time for a 383

Hey KagA, care to PM me or email me at dean@xibase.com with what power/suspension mods you have? How do you like that LT1 intake and what cam are you using it with? You're the first person I've seen to actually have the LT1 intake running on a 305. I know another guy is working on it as well as I, but you are the first I've seen to have it done and running.
