I have 3.23 now and was wondering how much it will help in the 1/4 if at all?

you'd likely pick up maybe a tenth or two. going from 3.42 to 4.10 in my truck picked me up two tenths, but best of all it made it run more consistant. switching from the 1700 rpm stahl to the 2800 rpm stahl conveters, that gained me 4 tenths. the 2.8 sadly enough after just over 230,000 and almost 100 passes has finally given up.
