Crank, no start problem. Anyone?

1989 Camaro 5.7 Tpi, auto mass-air engine. O.K. here goes I have a crank no start problem and have followed the G.M. service manuals flow chart and have come up empty and I'm wondering if anyone has run across something like this.
Mods : afpr, ported plenum, slp runners, accell fuel injectors, slp headers to 3" flomaster, missing egr, missing air mgmt., crane hi-6 cd box, hypertech chip, pulleys, new msd cap and rotor, accel 300+ race wires, air foil.
It has plenty of fuel pressure, it has a bright blue spark, noid light blinks on both fuel injector harnesses, scanner reads rpm when cranking.
The S*** of it is this thing will run reliably if you shoot choke cleaner in the plenum before trying to start it. cold takes a one second blast, hot takes a quarter second blast. If I dont forget to bring my can of cleaner I can get it to start every time but without cleaner its the nike express.
If anyone has experienced this let me know!?!?

no codes? have you checked the cold start injector (if 89 has one)? after the cold start injector i'd be looking at the tps and cts.

No cold start injector, no codes, throttle pos sen is set at .56 with scanner. cts is reading correctly. Would a leaking fuel injector cause a no-start situation? pressure not holding when feed and or return line is crimped which means leaking inj, right.

Mine would do this when hot. Turns out one of the injectors was going to ground when hot. Since all injectors share a common ground -and- electricity follows the path of least resistance, the one bad injector was stealing voltage from the others not allowing it to start. With a shot of starter fluid it would fire right up. The noid light lit up but was rather weak.
I had great fuel pressure and everything else was replaced or swapped, i.e. coil, distributor, ECM, chip, Ignition module, IAC etc. Took me a month to figure it out then I had to take it to GM Tech to figure it out.

I'll have to check the injectors a little closer. I ohm checked them before installing them, they seemed all good, mabye one went south. Thanks for your input.
