Things that can cause 5 in of vacuum at idle...

Things that can cause 5 in of vacuum at idle...

Aside from a massive vacuum leak, incorrect timing, and valve lash that is set too tight, is there anything else than cause such a low vacuum reading?

Rocker fell off an exhaust, broken intake valve spring, rolled exhaust lobe, and then it's kind of all downhill from there.
