Car shakes
I got a question... I get my baby up to 70 and my car starts to shake, when I smooth it out at any speed about 70 she stops shaking... The shaking comes back when I am slowing down from any speed above 45... I have checked the front alignment and had it adjusted... Is there anything else I should check?

How about the wieghts on your tires, if they are a little bit off you wont notice very much except at high speeds or extreme braking. One little weight could have fell off.
How long has it been doing it? Could your tire(s) have some imperfections?
It could be a rotor out of round, did you go a bit far on a brake pad change?
Maybe even the drive shaft..did you go four-wheeling recently?

My front right wheel was 2.25 oz out of balance and it gave me a considerable vibration while going down the freeway. After I balanced them at school, the problem went completely away..

Owner of a 1989 IROC-Z Camaro, a.k.a. "The Babe Magnet". Painted a cheap metallic blue that chips off all too easily and covers over the IROC-Z decals on the doors, also has non-leaking T-tops, ps, pw, power rear hatch, working A/C. Mods: SLP intake runners, gutted MAF sensor, adjustable fuel pressure regulator, modified air spoil, 3.27 posi rear end.
Broken stuff: rear spoiler brake light, driver side lock, power antenna, tilt steering, rear end bushings, cracked passanger side ground effect, washer fluid tab, leaking exhaust and a rotted through muffler that sparks when the car bottoms out while driving like any 17 year old does.
