Please help, my car won't start.

I tried to start it and I got nothing, the starter doesn't turn, the fuel pump wasn't engaging, the lights won't work, nothing. I thought maybe it was the battery, so I replaced it, nothing has changed. I turn the key and absolutely nothing happens. The only thing it does it when the key is in the ignition the buzzer sounds, but it sounds really weak. Anyone know what could be wrong, thanks.

How much voltage are you getting to the starter when you are tryinig to crank it? You may have a bad battery cable.
