I would think that it would give it some extra umph not as much as a real super charger but it does force air.

I could actually see using one of those underneath the car somewhere to feed cold air through some tubing going to the breather box! This would definitely give you "cold air" type induction...even while sitting still! It's a good idea, they just placed the blower in a really WRONG spot and because it's a F*RD, we all have to put it down!!
Think about this too....imagine the stuff they WE do to our cars that the F*RD guys are laughing about! It goes both ways!
