Finally-An answer to the 'buzzing choke light' question

I was able to get my hands on the shop manual for my '86 Z and while reading through the electronics section, I found the answer to one of my biggest headaches. The Idle Speed Control Relay will buzz for up to two minutes while the car recharges a discharged battery. If it buzzes any longer(like about six months in my case) it means that your battery isn't getting a charge. There are several problems that could cause that-bad diode trio, bad battery, etc, but there it is, in writing, finally. Hopefully this helps a few of you...

I just bought a new relay and the buzzing went away. Of course this was the same time that I replaced a bad power steering belt.
