Are you perhaps looking for a 17111288? Where are you searching for your part numbers? The dealership has most of them still listed, even if they are no longer available through GM Parts.

I was looking at an IAC #17111460, need to replace mine and wasn't sure if that was right. Seller doesn't know application and it looked just like ours. #s are pretty close I wonder what that one is for?

This is interesting. I have the IAC part #17111460 in hand, I've been doing some searching and it seems this is probably the same as the 17111288 that is OEM #listed for my car. Interesting enough AC Delco uses either of these #s in the 85-88 Vin F 305's.
I am starting to think that the only difference in part#'s from one to the other may be in the instructions they provide being one is TBI and the other is TPI so the location of IAC changes. Can anyone confirm this theory? I think I will install it and confirm myself and get back, in case anyone wants this info in a search later on.
