TPS Problem
I'm trying to understand how to view and adjust the voltage on the TPS. I dont understand how in the article it says "Using your jumper wires, make a connection allowing some room for the VOM terminals to contact the jumper leads and read the TPS voltage". Does that mean that i stick 3 bare wires into the connector so that i dont need to stick the prongs into the connector to read the voltage or does it mean something else? Thanks for your help.

The TPS has to be hooked up in order to make the adjustmment.
Easiest way I know to do it, is to take a sewing needle, and slide it into the back of the connector alongside of the wire, until it touches the terminal. Measure between that and ground. I don't recall offhand which wire it is; but you'll find if you do that, that one wire has ground on it (0V all the time), one has +5V on it all the time, and one changes from about .5V to about 4.0V as you move the throttle. That's the one you want.

The middle wire is the signal wire that you want to use. For the ground you can use an engine ground. Sewing pins into the back of the connect are a fantastic replacement for those jumpers.
