Welcome to the forum. First off, please LOSE THE CAPS LOCK. It's like you're SHOUTING at us and it's considered rude.
Is your car throwing a code? How old is the cat? Has the O2 sensor been changed?
I also have a 305 and for a little POS it runs pretty damn strong. No bogging at all, when I floor it, get out of the way!

I'm no expert, but I'd say start fixing what you know is wrong with the car (exhaust leaks, ect.) and then go from there.

If he has serious bog, something's wrong with the thing. It can be fixed. I assumje from the sound of his post that he has an auto trans. Is it kicking down when he floors it? If not, that's a problem.

Sounds like a fuel delivery issue.
TPI isn't exactly known for competitive power, especially at high RPMs; but it sounds like yours is defective some way. One of these cars should pull as hard in a passing situation as it does taking off from a stop.
Thing to check: fuel filter, injectors need a real cleaning (www.cruzinperfomance.com) instead of the prophylactic, maybe fuel pump (let's hope not)
I doubt you'll be real impressed by the low-bid headers. Don't be afraid to cut your losses and move on to something decent if they aren't what you had hoped.

well after reading this, ( i know i havent posted in awhile, wrecked my car ) but after reading this thread, i noticed he said there is no MAF, that is why the car is bogging down, its making it either run rich, you have to have a MAF sensor or the car will run like S*it

In 1990, the fuel/intake system changed and got rid of the MAF in favor of the harder-to-tune speed-density setup.. I don't understand why, but GM must've realized it wasn't a good idea because then the LT1 was based on MAF translation again..

You don't need a MAF. Your car was not designed to run with a MAF. You have the speed-density (SD) setup, which is just fine..
