Torque spec for 12 x 1.75 mm 1LE anchor plate bolts?

I just drilled and tapped my spindle to accept the 1LE anchor plate, and was wondering what I should torque these bolts to? I'll use some red loctite on them too, no need for them to ever come out.

Torque specs are directly related to hardware size. That is, if a blot needs to have a certain holding force, the engineers size them accordingly, and tighten them to a more or less standard tightness.

12 x 1.75 should be somewhere around 80-85 ft-lbs, which is also typical for lug nuts in that size range.
