Could bad plug wires be my problem???
I've been experiencing a severe problem with my car for the past month or so. Whenever it rains, the car absolutely refuses to idle, and runs like garbarge in general. Everything in the Distributer including the distributer is new, as is the carb. the only thing in the whole ignition I havn't replaced yet are the wires and plugs. I have Accel wires on it now, and ive heard a lot of bad things about them, so i'm ready to ditch them. Is this my problem?? i would love to able to drive my car normally in the rain w/o having to worry about it stalling on me. if this is my problem, whats a good brand of wires and plugs to go with? I MSD's on my Mustang and they haven't given any problems yet, so what other ones are there? thanks for all your help...
