Here I Go: AIR Delete Pulley
OK, I know a lot of people ask this question and tried searching to answer my question but it just got me more confused. All I want to know is which smog pump delete pulley I need (10129569 or 10186167) that will bolt right up to the stock location and use the stock belt?
Thank you very much in advance.

your removing it to clean up space in the engine compartment correct? If your doing it for a performace benefit dont waste your time, it wont effect performance in anyway shape or form. Sure does free up a lot of space though and makes sense if you have headers without A.I.R. tubes

I am doing it to free up some much needed space in the engine compartment. My plan is to get rid of the A/C (it doesn't work and I never use it) and the smog pump (one less system to worry about/break). I am going to do this at the same time that I install my headers and custom exhaust system. I am going to use two delete pulleys because I want to keep the stock belt and belt routing and keep it looking stock.

Never found a pulley to delete that the smog pump. If you take it out you will not have any problems with the routing by its self. I did even know any one makes that pulley. You really can not even tell its not there, just a shorter belt. For the AC you can buy the delete pulley from GM. All you have to do is find 350 or 305 truck that has the option of not having AC. Gm did that so they can use the same bracket for both AC and non-AC cars.

I figured it all out, just had to keep reading past threads. GM Parts Direct sells both an AC delete pulley (p/n 10055890) and a smog pump delete pulley (p/n 10186167). These are on the website but are not really listed as delete pulleys. Thanks for the help, though, everyone.

A new belt is cheaper than a new pulley.
Tech articles section has a part number for the belt used with no airpump.
For the AC, the pulley is a good idea because the emtpy accesory bracket looks stupid, and of course, the tensioner needs the belt routed that way, but there's no real need for any air pump delete pulley, just a new belt.
