head and block surface
I received my Felpro 1094 headgasket (.015") toady. on the installation tips stands this:
Surface finish of the head and block is critical and must be 55 ra (60 rms) or smoother
How can i check, if the surface of the block is ok? the heads are new, so that shouldnt be a problem.
Nebu.

ok i will try to find some pictures.
what if i cant get a surface gauge to find out if the block is smooth enough?
just use sealer on both sides of the gasket?
