I have a 145 cable-driven Camaro cluster for sale, see my ad in the classifieds. You'll have to remove your cluster to either swap the new cluster in or to replace the speedo head in your old one. Remove the black plastic bezel, the metal guage overlay, the two nuts at the left and right bottom of the white plastic gauge housing. Drop the kick panel (and personally, I'd drop the steering wheel a quarter inch or so), then contorting yourself, snake a hand or long screw driver up behind the cluster and trip the little fastener that holds the speedo cable to the speedo head. The cluster should wiggle free at this point. I worked very methodically when I did mine and the whole procedure took, perhaps, an hour and a half.
