They have 1.84/1.5 valves, 58cc, very small ports. They are terrible, typical older 305 heads.
The only really good upgrade path is the SR Torquers for a 305. On the other hand, if you ever take that intake off and look at the ports, you'll see that it won't make a whole lot of difference what heads you put on there as long as that induction system stays there.

You could get a set of the aluminum L98 Vette heads. 58cc chambers, 1.94/1.50 valves, and old style(pre-87) intake bolt pattern.

I don't plan on keeping the cross fire crap. I have an edelbrock 600CFM carb and an edelbrock Torker for it. I also have a beefier cam and full length headers waiting. Before I start I want to know if I can do anything w/ these heads or if I should upgrade. I have very limited funds.
