Resistor variance for VATS bypass
Does anyone know if the VATS bypass resistor outlined in tech has to be exactly the same.I checked my key with 2 different meters and one read 520 the other 528.Thanks Mike

Yeah - if you think about it, it CAN'T be dead on: the current has to flow through quite a bit of wire (mostly tiny wire that certainly ups the resistance) so there must be variance. As a rule of thumb if there are two close choices get the one with lower resistance, or for $.50 a pop, get both. I mean there's frugality and there's just plain CHEAP!
