lol sorry it was hard to follow. that is it, i knew the name but forgot it. so if that vacumm line broke would it cause it to leak?
im assuming that vacumm line goes to the heater controls to move the valve and let engine coolant through? if its cheap ill just change it wether its broke or not. the system will prolly have to be burped afterwards too correct? i know im kinda thinking out loud but im just trying to cover all the bases. so does the heater core have its own valve too or do carburated cars have a different heater core. cuz im my camaro it doesnt have this valve thingy and it just sorta seems unnessesary except for the fact that the lines hook up to different places than with carburated.

A broken vacuum line wouldn't cause the valve to leak coolant. If it's leaking coolant, it's leaking because it's leaking, not because the vacuum line is broken.
The valve is normally open. Vacuum is applied in max AC mode to close off any flow through the heater core.
