TB bypass re-routing...
I was wondering if anybody else has done this. When i did my TB coolant bypass instead of making that sharp bend to run over to the stock diverter valve i ran the hose straight out and made a soft radius at the radiator that then takes the hose down along the framerail, up at the back of the coolant reservoir. I relocated the diverter valve to right behind the pass. side strut tower, and ran the heater supply hose out of the way back to the heater.
So for a few dollars of hose that needed to be replaced anyway, i hae elimiated a piece of junk that was in the way of trying to work on the engine.
Phase 2 will be relocating the AIR diverter valve to the frame by the battery and extending the hoses off it.
TPI ain't so hard to work on if you plan this stuff out...ed

I did the same thing, plus I cut the nipples off the TB so they are out of site. Check it out. TB Bypass

I did the same exact thing! I used plastic pipe holders from Home Depot (For plumbing) and took the nails out and replaced them with self tappers. Loomed the hose up and ran it under the sheet metal brace for the pass side strut tower and hooked it to the vacuum coolant switch thingy right in front of the blower motor with a little bracket made up to hold it firm. I ditched my a/c though and used a blower motor and box from a non a/c. Really looks cleaner, don't even have to alter the heater hoses, just bend them over.
