350 TPI w/300HP w/305 HEADS!?!?!?
is it possible to get 300 hp out of a 350 using the tpi intake and 305 heads. stock 305 heads equals higher compression but will make MORE or LESS power on a 350 over the stock 350 heads????

Your going the wrong way. Yes it will boost compression, but it will reduce flow.
I dont think the bump in compression would make much HP over the 350 heads because of the loss of flow.
You want to make as much HP as possible because of head flow, combined with compression, I think people use compression as a crutch sometimes...
If I had to choose either a car that made 350HP with 11:1 compression and poor flow or a car that made 350HP with 9:1 and great head flow. I would definatly take the 9:1 motor!!!
Heads make or break your motor, spend as much as possible!!! Save a year and dont ddo a single mod, just to get the best set of heads you can afford...cough cough AFR cough cough..

This is assuming you are talking about TPI 350 heads (083 casting) and TPI 305 heads (081 casting); and NOT TBI 305 swirl-port heads (187). It is pointless to use those for anything.
Ported 305 heads with 1.94"/1.5" valves flow similarly to ported 350 heads with the same size valves. Stock 350 heads will outflow 305 heads considerably, if for no other reason than the 1.84" intakes in the 305 heads.
You won't come close to 300 HP with TPI with either kind of stock heads, without several other mods.
After installing the larger valves and de-shrouding the chambers, you'll probably end up with about 61cc chambers in the 305 heads. This will bump your compression all the way from its current approximately 9.3 to about 9.6.
Is that 3cc worth it? I doubt it... unless you already have the 350 heads off, have no money at all in them and they need work in order to go back on, and have a free set of 305 heads laying around that also need work and you could spend your machine shop money on those instead and put back on in place of the 350 heads.
