spark plug wires...where do they go!!!

spark plug wires...where do they go!!!
ok, i pulled a stock distributor out, and i marked it...but i am putting a new distributor in, and i dont know where the spark plug wires go on the distributor...what order do they go in....its hard to explain....which holes on the distributor go to which cylinder???

Probably the same pattern as the stock ditributor had.

yea, but i dont know where they go....i marked the rotor...not the wires

Find the no. 1 pos. on the cap and follow firing order clockwise all the way around.

really doesn't matter where thay go as long as you get the order right and index the rotor to fire on the right one at the right time
